It is way too common down here in Georgia during the early Spring. We've had meteorologists receive death threats because they have to interrupt or even simply go split screen on some show or sports event.
There was a literal tornado through my hometown of Dayton, Ohio last night and the local TV station got spammed with complaints that weather alerts were interrupting the newest episode of The Bachelorettepic.twitter.com/fTyvZFHM3d
