      saw some safety advice for women earlier and haven’t stopped thinking about it so i’m going to tweet it in case one day it helps anyone: never wear a ponytail when walking alone in the dark, it’s the first thing an attacker behind you will grab to overcome u. take ur hair down‼️

      ADDITIONALLY according to the paul holes podcast (so you know it’s legit) if you’re ever attacked don’t get in the car/go with them even if they’re threatening to stab you - if you go to a second location you’re 99% gonna get killed but you can potentially survive a stabwound

      i always thought cooperating was the best way to deal with attacks but apparently the survival rate thru cooperation is SUPER TINY, if you fight its u expected and they’re more likely to give up. again, friends: DO NOT GO TO A SECONDARY LOCATION
