Couldn’t agree more. It’s totally a sign of disordered eating and so many many aren’t ever able to recognise these patterns. Weird life hacks like these are pretty much how my eating disorders started.

I would if I wasn't at work now! I think you make a very valid point about EDs manifesting themselves in men in different ways to women. Especially by cis hetero men where it's often displayed as "shows of strength" so they aren't diagnosed & don't cause concern.
