Boring tweet klaxon but I need to crowdsource some wisdom. How does one go about curbing a sugar addiction? If, for example, I came home today and ate a baklava followed immediately by a Boost bar (most underrated chocolate IMO) bcos I was craving sugar so much. Go cold turkey?

Babybels are my best recommendation, as well as just generally allowing yourself to binge on other stuff because that’s what will actually distract you
