Hey @DeliverooHelp loved it when I had my bank account drained by fraudulent charges last night! Especially loved when your customer service reps a) sent an email TO THE FRAUDSTERS instead of me about these charges and b) told me I might not even hear from you guys til Wednesday!
oh my GOD are you kidding? this is exactly what i'm afraid of - the investigation will be "ongoing" and i'll never get my money back

I can’t speak for getting money refunded I’m afraid - I didn’t lose any as the attempted payment failed. I managed to access my account just in time to cancel the payment details. Deliveroo seemed helpful for a day, but then just went silent and afaik are still looking into it.

This happened to me and I had to get my bank to raise it as fraud as Deliveroo was being so unhelpful. Bank refunded it all straight away though.

@DeliverooHelp don't care. No response to last three emails. Time to contact the ICO.
