Hey @DeliverooHelp loved it when I had my bank account drained by fraudulent charges last night! Especially loved when your customer service reps a) sent an email TO THE FRAUDSTERS instead of me about these charges and b) told me I might not even hear from you guys til Wednesday!

You’ve probably already done it but raise with the bank too- they’re normally v good at refunding fraud

yes i have! my bank has been incredibly helpful but the mischarges came from a breech in my actual deliveroo account - hacking it and changing the email address so that i couldn't get back in and do anything (the bank actually blocked about half of the charges they tried to make)
