Hey @DeliverooHelp loved it when I had my bank account drained by fraudulent charges last night! Especially loved when your customer service reps a) sent an email TO THE FRAUDSTERS instead of me about these charges and b) told me I might not even hear from you guys til Wednesday!

This happened to me before Christmas - Deliveroo suspended my account whilst they investigated what had happened. Still can’t access it today FFS

oh my GOD are you kidding? this is exactly what i'm afraid of - the investigation will be "ongoing" and i'll never get my money back
