Hey @DeliverooHelp loved it when I had my bank account drained by fraudulent charges last night! Especially loved when your customer service reps a) sent an email TO THE FRAUDSTERS instead of me about these charges and b) told me I might not even hear from you guys til Wednesday!
yup!!! Literally my bank account was at £0 this morning and I had to call up after speaking to someone an hour before to be like "um...did you send an email to the literal fraudsters who took my email address off the account and put in theirs?"
