I appreciate you’re a little angry about this but doesn’t the law regard an 18 year old as an adult? If he sent them unsolicited DMs offering unwanted advice why didn’t they just tell him to fuck off and block him? Or have I missed something?

I spoke to you politely and asked (sincerely) “have I missed something?” You didn’t need to be so rude. Well sexual groping is a criminal offence so he should have been prosecuted not just fired. And if he’s got a predilection for underage girls then yeah that’s worrying.
