I'd say The Economist is pretty happy, although not universal (where is). They get a hot buffet lunch on the day before it goes to press and then a picnic-esque dinner too for those working late. Pastries in the morning for read throughs I seem to recall

I'm still quite new but people seem generally happy in my current job, at Thomson Reuters Foundation. Everyone's very nice and supportive, which is great
