I'd say The Economist is pretty happy, although not universal (where is). They get a hot buffet lunch on the day before it goes to press and then a picnic-esque dinner too for those working late. Pastries in the morning for read throughs I seem to recall
tbf it sounds like the economist does from word on the street. good pay, only need to file once a week, and i've heard they get a catered breakfast for magazine read throughs???

I'm still quite new but people seem generally happy in my current job, at Thomson Reuters Foundation. Everyone's very nice and supportive, which is great
