Interesting stuff. Surely they know no one’s going to come away and write about how great it is, so what do they get out of these tours? Almost like they’re just trolling us by conforming how awful it is, whilst knowing we’re all addicted to it anyway.
this was what surprised me – the only way for this to have gone well is it being amazing, which it obviously wasn't. so like, why invite us in at all?
Yeah I also assumed they’d go over the top with the ‘happy staff having a great time’ thing, to show it’s not like we think. But they...didn’t. Just seems like a bizarre PR strategy
