Is there a reason why in that entire article the writer does not namecheck you and/or your work? Find it really odd that *the* definitive text on this issue is not cited at all. Is it just a lack of basic research or a weird refusal to recognise your contribution to the debate?
hi! i did not know about your work and this was literally just a review of my day, get the frustration but genuinely just didn't know. i'd also say that shitting on amazon isn't new or exclusive – i just thought it was funny that they'd invite us to tour and it'd be so shit.

like i genuinely don't mean this snarkily, i just wasnt aware and most of my research came from just, like, the years of amazon being infamously bad. we got invited to go do this, me and like 20 people. wasn't like my idea to go check it out so to speak
