tbh, i'm impressed yoru great grandmother actually wrote down recipes. mine would literally do everything by memory and never share her measurements with anyone

i hate this about greek culture honestly. it's taken me years to figure my yiayia's version of the most basic dishes just because she had zero interest in telling you how she made it
