Question about anxiety. On average for you, how much of the time are physical sensations of anxiety tied to anxious thoughts vs getting those feelings seemingly out of nowhere?

Asking because in about 75% of instances I get physical symptoms seemingly out of nowhere and it just takes me by surprise because thought-wise I’ll be fine. I get this like... every other day? Every few days? Is that normal?

I’m talking: - Sicky, tangled feeling in my torso - Hyperawareness of/sensations around my heartbeat - Tightness in my throat - Unconscious teeth grinding -> jaw tension -> headaches

I took an anxiety class to learn more about it-- because anxious.
Anyway, turns out anxiety can come on randomly and it can start in the physical. From there, we often attribute thoughts to "make sense" of what's happening. It's wack. Zero stars. Do not recommend.1 odpowiedź 0 podanych dalej 2 polubione
