Question about anxiety. On average for you, how much of the time are physical sensations of anxiety tied to anxious thoughts vs getting those feelings seemingly out of nowhere?

Probably... maybe our body gets used to having those chemical reactions, even If we're not necessarily triggering them? I don't know... hahaha. But the good thing is that they pass and we get better (eventually). Hope you're ok! :)

Yeah I’m fine thanks! Life is good. Just annoyed at feeling physically sick for no reason all the time. Yeah maybe the triggers are just so internalised that it happens subconsciously
