Question about anxiety. On average for you, how much of the time are physical sensations of anxiety tied to anxious thoughts vs getting those feelings seemingly out of nowhere?

I think it depends, like if I'm anxious about a thing and I'm thinking about it there are minimal body reactions.... but if I'm anxious about being at a place or being around people, it shows with body reactions eg. tightness, headaches, jaw tension

I took an anxiety class to learn more about it-- because anxious.
Anyway, turns out anxiety can come on randomly and it can start in the physical. From there, we often attribute thoughts to "make sense" of what's happening. It's wack. Zero stars. Do not recommend. -

This happens to me most often when I’m stressed out, tired, or not eating well. Usually paired with nausea. Idk if it’s normal but my therapist gave me breathing exercises to deal with it!
