Question. How do you play The Sims?

From what I’ve heard a lot of guys just find creative ways of killing their sims and a lot of women find a way for their sims to cheat and have the most babies with as many people as possible
I believe the appeal of cheats stems from how you’re playing. The people I know who don’t cheat like resource management. The people who do do so because the game is a creativity toolset and they can only use their creations by cheating.

I think there are some games that are more fun in that regard. Civilization VI wouldn’t feel rewarding with cheat codes. But the sims start our with so little.
