Character creation is the highlight of most RPGs. Give me a game which is literally just that and I will sink every hour that remains to me in this life.

I've often wondered about the idea of a game that's literally just character creation, but where that "exploration" unlocks narrative.
Tbh idea be happy with just a straight up tool. Like how Sims 2 came with a standalone Create A Sim where you could customise all the clothes.

I think I'm just giving in to my natural urge to turn things into "Games", inventing progression mechanics etc., but you're right : character creation is a great toy in and of itself.
