Can honestly say that buying an exercise bike was one of the best purchases I’ve made in a LONG time. I’m usually terrible at regular exercise, but having it here in my living room and positively associated with Netflix has led to a one month five-days-a-week streak.
If you struggle to find the motivation to exercise, or if gums closing due to Covid has messed with your regime then it really is worth it IMO. I went from nothing all year (and getting anxious about my health) to five days a week.

I'm doing intermittant fasting at the moment but stress eating made me lose all weight loss progress i had done in 2020... which was directly correlated to not eating at all because of stress at the START of 2020... I hate my body.

I’m sorry :( I have a bad relationship with my body too. It’s been worse historically, but now it’s just like... I try not to look at/think about it? Which is fine during quarantine but in a way I’m dreading being around people again and becoming conscious of it once more.
