Can honestly say that buying an exercise bike was one of the best purchases I’ve made in a LONG time. I’m usually terrible at regular exercise, but having it here in my living room and positively associated with Netflix has led to a one month five-days-a-week streak.
No social anxiety! No leaving the house! And no pervy gym dudes! Exercise has never been more convenient or more attractive.
Seconding all of this, though with my apartment size, I ended up switching to recumbent pedals instead. Same effect, less space.
