i never subtweet but i've seen this so much recently in this space & i'm tired - if you are criticised by several people who make sound, logical points and you immediately call it a mob to try make THEM look irrational, i don't trust you. at all.
I feel stressed just watching others subtweet - about anything, especially super innocuous stuff. It's just really unsettling. Feels like being back in school.

it's why i never do it tbh. unless someone's literally an abuser, i think i'd make an exception then. but yeah subtweeting stresses me too :(

Same. If someone is being ridiculously, intentionally or publicly cruel, fine. They knew what they were doing, they knew the consequences. But when it's just a differing opinion on something petty or stupid... well, then it's just just a big ole B.
