Anyone got any tips for being okay with shitty first drafts? I need to break my habit of endless revision, but I'm seemingly incapable of making progress if I hate what I have so far... which I almost always do.

Ahh. Yeah I find that I’m okay with screenwriting or interactive fiction. Unfortunately this wouldn’t work for me as this is kind of what’s perpetuating the problem, haha. What your describing is my current process, except I just do it forever.
