Q for anyone who identifies as female/woman/uses she/her pronouns, I use 'guy' and 'girl' but I'm conscious that girl is also for children and I dont want to infantilise colleagues but also saying "woman/lady" can be weirdly formal and not well received? how do you feel about it?

Haha thanks! I recall when I was about 7/8/9 a boy in assembly called me ‘a woman’, meaning it in the pejorative sense... and I could not stop beaming. To the degree that I now look back on that memory with warmth. My gender is badass and I’m proud of it
