Idk who needs to hear this, but you don’t need to feel
% confident about the future and your abilities all of the time. It’s not pleasant, but imposter syndrome is normal. The important thing is carrying on regardless of it, having faith that those thoughts change nothing.

Every one of us has those negative thoughts in some capacity, and it’s not realistic to expect them to go away entirely. But we can identify them for what they are and choose to hold faith in something better, no matter how convincing those thoughts are.

It’s really fucking hard. It means ignoring something that feels to real and trusting in something that feels deluded. It goes against our instincts. But that’s why religion puts such a big emphasis on the value of faith, and it doesn’t have to be a religious thing.

So have faith in yourself. Have faith in your hopes, in the positive influences around you. Even when it’s rough; even when it seems those thoughts were right.
