@BenoitRicher any idea what could be blocking SJ's progress on the main path?
Speaking to folks, it seems like I do just have to ride around and eliminate these zealots. Not sure what to do about Odyssey as I have zero clues for the remaining cultists, but Google can likely help in both cases.
I think it’s just different gameplay preferences: I’m not the grinding type, and I enjoy combat when it immediately serves the story but not otherwise. The bulk of the game suits me well, just not this aspect. Plenty of folks who love it though — this part is there for them.
The blessing and the curse of appealing to a wider audience of diverse gameplay tastes.
I'm surprised there's no quest objective to take out the remaining zealots - I'll have to remember that for when I eventually find time to play through it myself! Hope you get through this and enjoy the ending 
There’s a quest objective to kill everyone in the order, which includes the zealots... I think for me I just don’t deal with with unstructured play. I want a clear path to the next quest that doesn’t require me to just wander around hoping I bump into people.
