Do businesses employ trolls to bully people who post negative stuff on their company Facebook pages? I’ve been called all sorts by people with intricate knowledge of the Ts and Cs just for leaving a critical review before. Twice, on different pages.

I always view it as being staffed by some jumped up nobody who is tripping balls over the tiny amount of power they have, in their mind they are super important.

Oh I don’t mean the page itself, I mean seemingly rando accounts who get really angry about negative reviews on, like, travel agencies
