Ah I thought you meant the companies reps on their pages on FB? Same is probably true of some of the randomers on FB, maybe trying to suck up to the company to get a discount holiday?
Idk. I had the same on Three Mobile. Just rando accounts who could all quote the Ts and Cs but also threw a load of u warranted abuse and harassment.
In the case of the travel agency they’re repeat offenders. I literally got added to a support group afterwards for customers who’d been targeted by the same people. They all reckon they’re paid by the company.
The downside on the internet, gives a platform to gobshites who have nothing in their life beyond being crappy to others. Have been dog piled myself on FB. I just never comment on pages anymore, not worth the hassle imho
