Another one that’s useful for branching structure: Life is Strange 2. The approach is a nice mixture of first game (big choice based on informed outcomes) and Witcher 3’s branched ending (calculation of hidden choices) that satisfies both agency and mystery.

I would even add that the choices/actions available in a fix time period (unknown to players) were a big inspiration for me to make a world feel alive! I wasn't expecting to see an option disappear because it was (logically) too late to do it now! (sorry for jumping in)
