A sheet over a car in these situations is also usually a casualty confirmation. Kinda gruesome but that’s what they’ve got to work with.

Maryland is very very picky about allowing vision of cars if the victim has already died so they were at least alive when this was filmed. If otherwise they block off the entire street and vision with fire trucks.

Ha I was very wrong on this one. Took a bit for cops to arrive so there were livestream of the bodies. RIP
