One thing that always bugs me... when you say ‘generally’, do you usually mean it in the positive, glass-half-full sense of ‘consistently’, or in the glass-half-empty sense of ‘with exceptions’?

I think! I'd say "Joey's Eatery generally makes great pizza" to make room for the time someone present had ordered it & the crust was undercooked. But if I said "Joey's makes great pizza", my entire premise could be invalidated by the one contradictory experience someone had?
