This is a marvellous contribution to the discourse. I'd counter that I actually quite enjoyed that aspect of AC:O, not having to be reminded how my gender has been perceived when I'm doing something to relax.
It's nice to escape for a while into a place where I'm treated with the same respect as anyone else without having to fight for it on account of my genitalia. I'm listening to a book atm that does what you're saying well, except that I get so... tired?
