Anyone else thoroughly intimidated by a lot of game dev discourse? Everyone always has such eloquent, nuanced takes and I feel like, in contrast, mine always come out as "game go boom I like yessss" for 10 tweets until I shrivel

We punish enthusiasm in America. You're love of the medium keeps it alive so that cynical perspectives are not the lone voice. Imagine if Japan felt that way. I dont knownif they have a word for too excited.
