AAA *is* a monolith and it's doing no huge favours to the thousands of people it chews up and spits out with no respect. They deserve better.
I mean, I work in AAA and that has not been my experience. There are *definitely* pervasive issues that affect a lot of AAA studios, but to then disregard AAA? Many of us enjoy working in AAA, feel appreciated by our studios, are able to express ourselves through our work.

As with everything, it's a lot more nuanced that your take suggests, which I feel does a disservice to those working in AAA. Let's address the issues, not disregard all AAA.

I'll be honest, my one-sentence tweet wasn't really going for nuance or discussion, it's an ongoing unresolvable frustration that Naughty Dog, Riot, Quantic Dream, CDPR, Rockstar... They will never have to reckon with anything because they are the industry.
