Life is Strange fans - could you play 2 before 1 and would it have any impact on the experience? From what I understood they're independent of each-other.

I'd recommend playing 2 first, then Captain Spirit, then 2. Both 1 and Captain Spirit have choices that impact 2, if only in small ways. That being said, you could still play 2 first and you wouldn't be confused.

Actually, I'd be most interested to hear the opinion of someone who started the franchise with the prequel, Before The Storm, then continuing on with the rest in the above order.
