So lately one thing that's been helping me with imposter syndrome is what I call my 'self-esteem fund': a note on my phone where I put screenshots of nice things people have said about my work to save for a low-self-esteem day.
We so often forget the nice things people say and cling onto the bad stuff. Or I do, at least. It's a nice way of levelling the playing field, ensuring I have a quiver-full of endorsements to keep me going when negativity threatens to overwhelm.

I always suggest people do this when people say anything nice to them over text. I've got about 4 years of nice messages from people backed up to my Google drive. It's so handy glad you're doing it with your work.
