A big part is how you talk to yourself, so treating yourself like a good friend would and giving yourself a break if you need. Don’t worry about keeping up with imaginary benchmarks of other people’s performative productivity. Especially right now.
Thank you. Yeah, I tend to be extremely harsh on myself in my head, since there's no-one else in there to say otherwise. I'm trying to do a CTRL+F Find And Replace on every instance of "Gahh I hate myself" and "I can't do this" and it is a BIG undertaking trying to catch them all
