So The Platform (Netflix) was really good, except that I wish films would stop killing dogs to pull on emotions. And I have spoilery questions about the ending. Something something momentum.

Feels this has become more of an issue in stories over the last few years. Like it's the new shortcut for an unearned emotional response or to demonstrate how villainous a character is.
