Uhhh my partner is in Canada for another two weeks and I’m super worried he won’t be able to come back. I realise others have it much worse — he’ll be fine. But I’m stressed. We’re moving house. He’s starting a new job. Ahh.

Totally valid stress point. I hope that he's able to get back and simply self-quarantine. Thus far the US/Canada don't seem concerned about outgoing flights, and the UK is seemingly intentionally letting the infection run wild, so he might be able to get back
Thank you. I didn’t realise that about outgoing flights, but it feels like a shitty thing to be relieved about. Trying to tell myself that if he has to stay then it’s for the best. Just... not ideal :/

Outgoing flights will definitely be affected/reduced (since most airlines operate by doing the back and forth) but as I understand it from the news, even Italy's airports remained active for outbound travel during their national lockdown - second hand info though
