My therapist had me write little truths on index cards that were about myself and place them in places I frequented. It was for depression, but it bled over into other life aspects. I found it actively and passively affirming.

I find a lot of CBT stuff can fall into this. I also unfollowed a lot of people who I found where triggering these thoughts. Helped a little ( I know that isnt a excersice )
