Sorry if you're waiting on a reply from me. I've removed a bunch of social media apps from my phone because honestly they're overwhelming and stressful and anxiety-provoking. I feel a lot better without them. But I will make time to check, reply and occasionally tweet trash 
DO IT you will not regret it You'll just find yourself opening your phone a lot and staring blankly at the app-less screen, kinda like when you open a fridge waiting for food to appear

I have kept Messenger and Whatsapp and removed Facebook and Twitter. Mostly, anything that encourages me to scroll aimlessly and drink in content. Instagam stays because I never bother with the feed anyway.
