Is it normal for heart palpitations (that’s what I assume they are) to be - tiny bit painful? Because that one was.

well, I would have died and now I will not die from that specific thing, so, yes, I would say so! But tachycardia is bad, so if you have regular palpitation issues, defos see a cardiologist if you can
I spent last night in A&E and they ran a bunch of tests, didn’t see anything abnormal, but also my heart decided to behave itself while they were running them 
they’re gonna set me up with an event monitor
