MCV 30 Under 30 2021 
Finally been seen. Done some tests, ECG. All normal. They’re saying it’s probably not linked to my heart — likely anxiety — but have said I should wear an ‘event monitor’ for a few weeks to track what my heart’s doing when it happens. NHS staff were fantastic.

I've been through the same thing more than once - bloody anxiety! I can relate.
This is really sweet of you to check in :) I’m very tired and waiting to see my GP, but feeling reassured :)

Oh, that's good you're going to see GP :) I went so often before I knew what was wrong - she was sick of the sight of me lol thankfully, I can deal with it all better but it's still total shite. I've plenty of little life-hacks if you ever need them
