Is it normal for heart palpitations (that’s what I assume they are) to be - tiny bit painful? Because that one was.

I'm happy it's not your heart Sarah! I'm actually on a beta blocker that slows my heartrate down to ease that symptom of anxiety. I find it helpful.
It is my heart, just not palpitations :/ Specialist just called me back, said I need to go to A&E within the hour

Sorry, I misunderstood. Is it related to anxiety? Or did you just think it was. They'll get you tested quickly. I'd take some stuff in a bag in case they make you stay in and a phone charger - I got caught short a couple of times last year and was admitted with no spare clothes.

It’s okay! I’m hoping and expect it probably is, as a few people now have said on here they got the same for anxiety, but worth being sure. Funny thing is I usually get anxiety BECAUSE of these feelings; often I’m fine beforehand. I’ve got my phone charger and a hot water bottle
