Is it normal for heart palpitations (that’s what I assume they are) to be - tiny bit painful? Because that one was.

I get all those symptoms. Anxiety is a nasty monster. Are you able to rest and relax for a while? Drink some water and do something that eases your mind?
That’s comforting — thank you. So those are normal for anxiety then? Doesn’t mean I’ve got some serious life-threatening problem? Honestly I’ve just been lying in bed all evening watching TV so

I've recently hit some pretty stressful situations and had what I can honestly diagnose as a panic attack. Hypertension, headaches, neck aches including pain that won't leave the base of the skull, palpation/irregular beats, inability to catch breath etc. I didn't see it coming

It's worth getting checked though. For myself I need to confront the underlying issue before I get relief. The mind is a beautiful and terrible machine. It lets us know things through unexpected avenues. I hope you get some relief. You're not alone in your fight.
