Anyone is capable of pointing out problems. Listen to that but know you don't have to embrace the specific solutions to those problems others provide. Unless they are your boss.
That I agree with, but that applies for more for constructive criticism

Do you think of the feedback as being unconstructive due to the nature of the problems specified, the response demanded to those problems, or to the quality and character of the feedback itself?

When I think of unconstructive, I think of zero feedback given to act upon, no direction for improvement. To be clear, this isn’t in relation to myself.
