What they want is you to use something “bad” and present it as “good”. I often say “I’m a perfectionist, which means I never meet my high standards”
I usually perceive it as them looking for humility, self awareness and introspection. I tend to talk about a quality I’ve overcome, and focus the discussion on how I’m growing.
