Something that shows it’s an ongoing battle rather than a single instance. Hell maybe you help them find some herb in a fantasy setting to help or something like that. I don’t say any of this combatively. Just wondering what you think.
I didn’t take it as combative :) carrying check ins and follow up quests are, I think, an excellent idea.
Awesome! I think it could be cool, because it’s potentially optional. The payoff comes from the players’ own desire to see this character’s trial through in ways that are true to real life. There is no instant cure, but there are ways to help if willing.
