Making an effort = wearing at least one accessory and something other than a hoody and an old baggy T-shirt covered in hair dye stains.
Well you looked spiffing in all of them.. as you do in t-shirt, hoodie etc :D I've tried to do the effort thing in past.. usually end up defaulting to T-shirts that make me giggle.
