I need someone with a fashion sense to tell me what to wear. I’m clueless.

So when I wanted to wear less t-shirts. I retired one, and went shopping for a button down I liked. I brought along someone I really trusted, who could encourage me out of my box and validate my interests, and that helped a lot.
Yeah tbh I don’t really shop with other people. I never know where to find stuff I like, and 99% of the stuff I do like I hate on me. Sorry, I know I’m being difficult

No I totally get it! I have to be in the right mood to shop. My muscular dystrophy has really made me struggle with my self image and some days I do not have the capacity to like anything on me. Attempting to see it from that other persons perspective.

Or even buying something upon a close friends reccomendations. I've had people encourage me to buy something they liked on me, that I wanted to like. Eventually as the "newness" of the piece wore off, I became very happy with it. Its what got me to think twice about t-shirts.
