Haha, yeah I see that! It's good to get mad sometimes. I tend to go through loops when I'm mad and then end up doubting myself and my anger.

Yeah, same. The doubt is so much easier to manage when I’ve not exposed anyone else to that anger. If a tree falls in a forest with no one around, etc etc
